Spring fever

I don't know what to come up with, almost diverted to a post about Iraq, saying: "I told you so"!
Three years ago I assumed that the "hidden agenda" of the US in Iraq is to establish permanent air-bases, a thing that Rumsfeld always denied. But now it is not a well kept secret anymore. The US is there to stay, perhaps for decades...
In the mean time V is back from Costa Rica, almost drowned his girlfriend in the pool but found some quiet moments together on that bench thereafter...
Meanwhile my "blondes" are jumping, either because spring fever hit them, or because they want to plummet the ball into the basket.
What does your spring fever look like?

My friend and I spent a good part of the day in a frenzy of spring cleaning. She's a good hearted younger friend who helps me with heavier things and when I get overwhelmed. She uses my washer and dryer once a week. It's a great trade off until someone starts taxing us on it.

Sorry.
Read it wrong the first time, one of those Freudian mistakes I don't believe in anyway...
